Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE: We are closed from December 26, 2022 through January 2, 2023. We reopen on January 3, 2023. Any orders placed after December 21, 2022 will not ship until the new year. 


We really love our products and we’re eager to share them with you. That’s why we work so hard to get them to you quickly! All products on our site, unless otherwise noted, will be shipped within 2 working days from our facility in Rouses Point, NY. Orders received after 3:30 PM will be processed the following day.

All orders for perfumery products MUST be shipped by ground service. Unfortunately this means that we can only ship fragrances to destinations within the Continental US.

Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of the same value, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refundable.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Perfumery products MUST be shipped by ground service. Unfortunately this means that we can only process fragrance returns going to destinations within the Continental US.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • You must first obtain a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA) number from our customer service department: info@anecdotefragrance.com
  • You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund.
  • Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to Belcam Inc. using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by Belcam Inc. and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to Belcam Inc. marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge you a re-shipping fee.

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. Please make your selections carefully.
